A New Season, A New Aviary.

Breeding is back in swing, and I will be posting updates on pairs and babies as they come. To reserve a pair, please contact me as I operate on a first come first serve basis.

Where have I been? Relocating, settling, relocating again is the gist of it. Now let’s focus on the what I’m going to do!

Coming Soon

  • All of my new cages are going to be organized in a home-made aviary. I’m incredibly excited about it! Something between these two:

  • Take new photos of the aviary and new pairs.
  • Adopt new species! I’m thinking Society and Owl Finches! Maybe even some Gouldians!

New pairs are coming soon..

Breeding is in progress in my aviary. Keep checking back for pairs coming soon!

Another year has almost passed! In the time it has taken since my last update, we have moved three times! It has been somewhat stressful, but everyone in the aviary is still happy and gorgeous as ever.

Needless to say, I have been resting the birds at every juncture, removing all eggs if parents needed a break and hand-raising them myself with a lot of success. Keeping them from having any stress has been my priority but it has given me a chance to get really close with the babies and juvies 🙂 This has meant lots and lots of sprouts, fruits and veggies, egg biscuits and anything else healthy and fun. Like hanging flower baskets to perch in while getting some out-of-cage time.

With the end of our current resting season drawing to a close, I have finally settled in and am ready to let everyone get back to their natural habits. I apologize for any inconvenience and time spent waiting for email replies and will be contacting everyone as soon as possible in the order I received the messages.

Until then I hope everyone continues to enjoy their summer!

Welcome!
